The Marrakesh Café the Mediterranean Buffet looks like it should be just like another ho-hum eatery in a charmless strip mall that makes a mockery of its cuisine. That presumed general lack of quality is one reason I have never reviewed a buffet-only restaurant before. But Marrakesh is different: what it lacks in atmosphere and accouterments, owner Mustapha Alhiane makes up for with his food.”
